I find if I make little sandwiches my kids are more likely to eat them. If I pack a regular sized sandwich with crust (gasp!) they wouldn’t touch it. So I’d rather cut away some of the sandwich than have the whole thing go untouched.

- Hard Boiled Egg
- Spinach and tomato salad with vinaigrette
- Horizon Organic Vanilla Yogurt
