Well, today was one of those days. I forgot to set my alarm and my son missed his bus. I packed these pancake lunches in under 2 minutes because I had leftover pancakes on hand. Thank goodness! This is a lunch that always comes back eaten too! My little girls have to have nut free lunches for preschool so this fits the bill.
Here’s what I packed today:
- 100% whole wheat pancakes with chocolate chips
- Wallaby Vanilla Yogurt
- Oat and Honey Granola
- Rasberries and Blueberries
- Shredded carrots and Celery
