Smoothie Pops: Healthy School Lunches

When I make smoothies in the morning I usually have leftover and  I pour it in these Kinderville Ice Pop molds.  I love to send these to school as a snack because they are so healthy and my kids LOVE them.  They stay frozen a long time because they are kind of thick.  They are silicone so the frozen smoothie pops up easily.   My 2-year-old has an easier time with these than regular popsicles.

Very Cherry Smoothie Recipe:

1 Frozen Banana
1/4 Cup Frozen Spinach
2 Cups Frozen Cherries
1/2 Avocado
1 Cup Plain Organic Yogurt
2 Cups Almond Milk
I also put a teaspoon of Caramel Infused Coconut Oil
